Friday…

I’ve just been to see Kate. The drs say she is rallying, and doing better today. She’s not markedly better, and will be sedated for a few days yet, but nonetheless…So, yay for a little bit of good news, finally!

  6. Thank goodness. She has been through so much! Sending cosmic hugs to her, Willem and the kids. And to you, Gretchen. Kate is so lucky to have such a good friend.

  7. Yea. I am so excited for you guys. Will keep all in my thoughts and prayers. Go Kate!!!!!!!!!

  8. Not sure how best to get the word out, so I’ll post this here. Please move it/delete (especially if Kate is reading this any time soon!) if you think there’s a better way to ask around.

    Thanks!

    Dear friends of Kate,

If you’ve been keeping up to date with Kate’s blog you’ll know by now that she’s very unwell.

I want to use Kate’s idea of the White butterflies (https://katesaid.wordpress.com/2009/11/18/white-butterflies/), and am asking anyone who is interested, to make a little bird out of any medium you like (paper, cloth, recycled stuff…etc). We’ll put them all together as a mobile for Kate and Isaac, and send it to her as a symbol of our thoughts and friendship.

Let me know if you’d like to participate.

    Regards,

    Lisa
